Keaton stars as a hitman diagnosed with a rapidly evolving form of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. This contract killer must race against authorities and the ticking clock of his own collapsing psyche.

The film features a stellar cast including James Marsden, Al Pacino, and Marcia Gay Harden – in costumes designed by Michele Michel!

KNOX GOES AWAY had its premiere at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival before being released theatrically by Saban Films on March 15th, 2024.
