DANDELION – Now In Theaters

From writer/director Nicole Riegel and IFC comes the story of DANDELION, a singer-songwriter who takes a desperate gig in South Dakota.

There she meets Casey, a guitarist who has long since given up on his dreams, and together explore purpose, art, and love.

“Dandelion” stars KiKi Layne and Thomas Doherty, with Melanie Nicholls-King, Grady Stablein, Jack Stablein, and Grace Kaiser. Bryce and Aaron Dessner composed the original score and music for the film. Founding member of the rock band The National, the Dessners are some of the most prolific producers in music – frequently collaborating with the likes of Taylor Swift, Sharon Van Etten, and Brian Eno.

This lyrical, intoxicating romance was shot by Lauren Guiteras, and had its world premiere at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival.

“Dandelion” will be in theaters July 12th, 2024.
