97th Academy Awards – Nominations Announced

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has unveiled their nominees for the 97th Academy Awards!

Craig Lathrop is nominated in the Best Production Design category for his work on NOSFERATU. Craig has also received a BAFTA and ADG nomination for his crafting of Robert Eggers’ world of gothic horror.

Andrea Gavazzi lensed and Caitlin Carr edited the short A LIEN, which is nominated in the Best Live Action Short category. The film was previously an official selection at the Seattle International Film Festival.

I’M NOT A ROBOT, directed by Victoria Warmerdam, was also nominated for Best Live Action Short. The film was shot by Martijn van Broekhuizen, NSC, and recently received several nominations at Palm Springs International ShortFest.
